About

Notra Labs is the research group inside Notra, Inc. Notra is a generative engine optimization (GEO) tool. It asks ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini the questions your buyers ask, shows whether your brand appears in the answers and which competitors show up instead, then helps you close the gaps. The lab exists to make the models behind Notra's writing better than anything available off the shelf.

What we research

We train and evaluate language models for technical writing. That means turning product knowledge and research into guides, comparisons and explainers that are accurate, well structured and easy for both people and AI assistants to understand and cite. We care about accuracy first, then clarity, then voice.

How it reaches customers

Research from the lab ships inside Notra, where the content writer drafts guides, listicles and comparisons to close the gaps a scan finds. Most of our work is not published yet. When it is, it will be announced on this site and on the Notra website.
